Want to host a CPR or First Aid party?
Learn CPR and First Aid in the comfort of your home with your friends! I offer CPR courses for
Mom's clubs, playgroups and family events. No need to arrange a babysitter or try to figure out when
you can make time to attend a CPR or First Aid class.
I provide all the training materials, you just provide the space! Young children can join in or
play alongside as we learn CPR and First Aid. Time for feeding, diaper changing and attending to
your children is part of the class.

How does it work?
Classes are tailored to match the needs of the parents in attendance while meeting all American
Heart Association course guidelines. We will practice the skills of infant and child CPR and relief of
choking. Adult CPR and use of an AED are also covered. Emphasis is placed on what to do if an
emergency involves children. In addition Car Seat safety, First Aid kits, Childproofing and other
First Aid topics are covered as time allows.

How much does it cost?
Costs can vary depending upon the size of the group and the material covered, but typically ranges
between $20-$30 per person or $30-$40 per couple.
