These are full classroom courses; all material is presented and practiced in a classroom setting. The classes are hands-on courses and participants are expected to demonstrate the skills learned in the class. Classes offered include American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver Courses and American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) Courses. Please note, these are not BLS or Healthcare Provider level courses. ASHI Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Renewal


AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED
This course covers Adult, Child & Infant CPR AED, how to relieve choking, medical & environmental emergencies, injuries and general first aid topics. This is a full day hands-on practical skills course. This course may be scheduled in 1 day-long class or 2 3-3.5 hour classes. Participants will be standing, sitting, kneeling and sitting on the floor and/or reaching over tables to learn the hands-on skills of CPR. If you have a concern with the physical aspect of the course please contact the instructor about accommodations. Course charge includes the required Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED textbook.

AHA Heartsaver CPR AED
This course covers Adult, Child & Infant CPR AED and how to relieve choking. It does not cover First Aid. If you need both First Aid and CPR AED please check out the course schedule for Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED. This is also not a Healthcare Provider level course. Healthcare providers should attend a BLS class.

This is a 3.5-hour hands-on practical skills course. Participants will be standing, kneeling and sitting on the floor and/or reaching over tables to learn the hands-on skills of CPR. This course covers medical & environmental emergencies, injuries, and general first aid topics. It does not cover CPR AED. This is a 3-hour course, course charge includes the required Heartsaver First Aid textbook.

AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED
This course covers Adult, Child & Infant CPR AED, how to relieve choking, medical & environmental emergencies, injuries and general first aid topics specifically focused on treating and working with children. This is a 6-hour hands-on practical skills course. This course may be scheduled in 1 day-long class or 2 3-hour classes. Participants will be standing, sitting, kneeling and sitting on the floor and/or reaching over tables to learn the hands-on skills of CPR. If you have a concern with the physical aspect of the course please contact the instructor about accommodations. Course charge includes the required Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED textbook.

CPR for New & Expecting Parents
This course covers Adult, Child & Infant CPR AED and how to relieve choking. While it does not lead to certification, it does cover the same skills with an emphasis on infants and children. Parents of infants and young children are encouraged to bring them to the class with you. This is a 2 hour hands-on practical skills course. Participants will be standing, kneeling and sitting on the floor and/or reaching over tables to learn the hands-on skills of CPR. ASHI Pediatric CPR AED and First Aid Renewal
This course covers Adult, Child & Infant CPR AED, how to relieve choking and First Aid. This is a 4-hour hands-on practical skills scenario-based course. Participants will be standing, kneeling and sitting on the floor and/or reaching over tables to learn the hands-on skills of CPR. If you have a concern with the physical aspect of the course please contact the instructor about accommodations. Course charge does not include a textbook but one can be purchased for $10. Participants will receive a digital card and a digital book.
