Have you ever wanted to do something to give back?

At Coastal CPR and First Aid, LLC I am very excited to be joining with Yoga by Donation in Portsmouth to offer

Training by Donation are regular CPR and First Aid courses. The same skills are learned and practiced. Course completion cards, aka the "CPR card" or "First Aid card", are mailed out after successful course completion.

What makes these courses different are that there are no set fees to attend. However keep in mind that there are expenses to the instructor. There are disposable supplies that must be purchased and discarded after each class; such as mannequin lungs, barrier devices, gloves, bandages, training equipment and AED pads. The instructor must also pay the AHA training center to issue the CPR cards and the cards need to be mailed. Please consider these expenses when making your donation for the course.

For each course offered a local organization is chosen as a recipient of a portion of the donations received. A portion of the donations are also shared with Yoga by Donation for their generousity in providing studio space to hold these classes and to help them continue to offer donation based yoga programs to the Seacoast.
